Hello friends, how are you doing? Hope is well with you. It is summer season here in the Philippines and summer is my most favorite season because you have plenty of time to visit so many places specially during the long holiday.

Recently, I have been to a short vacation with my family to celebrate my cousin's birthday. We are around and about in Quezon Province for two days and one night. We visited Kamay ni Hesus, stayed at Batis Aramin and ate at Kamayan sa Palaisdaan.

We hired a Nissan Urvan as our service to this trip, we left Valenzuela City around 6 in the morning and arrived at Kamay Ni Hesus around 11 in the morning. Approximately 4 to 5 hours of long driving.

We arrived at Kamay ni Hesus halfway the last mass, so we are still able to catch some parts of the homily.

After the mass, we tour the area and had some quite moment. I was not able to get to the top because my son is a little bit irritable.
Kamay ni Hesus is one of the most popular pilgrimage destination in Luzon, there are healing mass service available ordained by Fr. Joey A. Faller. After the mass you can go around and check some local stores inside the vicinity where you may buy local sweet tasty treats and some Catholic items such as rosary, novena booklets and images of saints.

Kamay ni Hesus is a 5 hectare shrine, so if you are planning to go around, I advice you to bring water, umbrella, face towel and cane for elderly who is suffering with joint or bone problems. Kamay ni Hesus was dub as the World's third tallest Risen Christ statue because of the 50-feet image of Jesus Christ and in order to get to top of Via Dolorosa Grott where you find the feet of the Resurrecting Christ, you have to take that 300+ steps of stairs.
